•Occasional construction noise during daytime hours
•Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies
•Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress
•Changes to walkway access routes around the property
•Active work zones visible in some common areas
•Potential for minor debris related to construction activities
•Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures
(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

The condo looks just like the pictures, very beautiful kitchen and great layout. Enjoyed having our meals out on the balcony. The place was very clean. Short easy walk to the beach which was great. Easy check in and check out. My only complaint is that the place should be stocked with a few more consumable items like tin foil, saran wrap, spices, etc., as when flying in you are not going to pack all of that and don't really want to have to buy when only staying for a week. Also they only provide a couple dishwasher tabs, very small bottle of dish soap and only a couple rolls of toilet paper to start you out.

The condo is gorgeous even nicer than others in the same building. 5th floor is a must so you don’t hear anyone above you. Quiet and tranquil all photos look exactly like the unit. Clean on arrival. Had everything needed soaps shampoos dishwasher tablets, TP, paper towels, bath towels extra sheets blankets everything. Beach towels chairs umbrellas and a few sand toys for the little ones.
Nice pool and grounds and a short walk to the beach across the street through a private walkway.
We had a wonderful stay.
Only things we recommend for improvement would be the shower heads could use a soaking in CLR or replacement, and the sinks have low water pressure (maybe due to being 5th floor). Showers were fine with pressure though.
Would absolutely book again. Beach now crowded even in middle of July.

Kitchen Needs a lot more items.
Bedding dirty and stained.
Really needs a thorough cleaning before you expect someone to stay a month.
Bathroom shower fixtures should be updated with modern mixers.
