During your stay, you may notice the following:
•Elevator is down in the West Building until further Notice
Occasional construction noise during daytime hours
•Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies
•Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress
•Changes to walkway access routes around the property
•Active work zones visible in some common areas
•Potential for minor debris related to construction activities
•Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures
(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Please be sure to display the supplied parking pass in your vehicle at all times while on property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very fair price for this nice, clean, bright, condo. Top floor end unit so no elevator noise or people above your head. Common areas are ok but the unit itself is very nice. Everything you need for a few days of beach or fishing.

This was our 6th time staying in the Water View building and the 1st time in this condo. Again, this experience does not disappoint. The condo was clean, full of the necessary items needed to cook, hang out and head to the beach. Our love for this building, amenities and location will keep us coming back again and again.

We stayed 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The pictures dont do it justice and we were pleasantly suprised how nice the condo actually was! Lots of kitchen utilities to use for whatever your needs and just an all around great experience. Also a public access right across the street for the beach!across

This property was larger than we anticipated from photos. It was very clean, the kitchen had all of our needs, there were plenty of towels, beach towels and even beach chairs. View was lovely. We fished off the dock in the evenings. It was a wonderful experience!
