Elevator is down in the West Building until further Notice
•Occasional construction noise during daytime hours
•Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies
•Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress
•Changes to walkway access routes around the property
•Active work zones visible in some common areas
•Potential for minor debris related to construction activities
•Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures
(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

Please be sure to display the supplied parking pass in your vehicle at all times while on property.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Photos and description of the condo were true to the experience. Nice view of bay and pool. Unit very comfy as were the beds. Kitchen could have a few more utensils and frying pans. Instructions for multiple remotes would be helpful. Liked the balcony, outdoor hot tub and beach access to Gulf directly across the street. Biggest issue was getting in touch with Vacasa customer service right away to resolve problems with minor kitchen repair and internet access. Both eventually resolved.

This is our fourth year staying at Water View and once more, we were not disappointed. The staff at Teeming vacation was great. We have been renting through Sue, and she is as pleasant as can be. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had every amenity we could think of. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. The view from the unit was gorgeous. Can`t wait to come back again!
