• Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, 1 reserved space and 1 guest space first come first serve
• Pet Policy: No pets
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 4, Building Elevator or 4 flights of stairs
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted

We had a great stay! Perfect peaceful location to view the intercoastal along with a very short walk to the beach. Best of both worlds. The condo was very clean and the included amenities were great. Will definitely stay again!

This was a lovely condo, perfect view, nice furnishings. Unlike some other properties, this was nicely equipped. The property mamagement company was excellent and responsive. Accuracy of the listing was good. Only negatives were the building's age, including the elevator and common areas, which they will be upgrading later in the year. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful time at Water View condos. Weather was great, pool was fun. Condo was lovely. Beach, beautiful! Condo only needs one thing, a vacuum, lol! Thank you
