This property has everything you need and some. It is a short two minute stroll to the beach. They provided beach chairs and a beach cart, you truly don’t need to bring anything - they have it all! We loved that there were tons of kitchen supplies in good condition as we love to cook. Communication was excellent! I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay and this unit. Its very clean, updated, nicely decorated, and very roomy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen (though a crock pot would be a good addition) and even the community grill was usable and clean, which is often not the case. Some extra blankets were available and Beds were very comfy, and i was VERY happy to have actual cotton sheets instead of microfiber! Thank you!! The storage closet had all of our beach needs for a small group (we had 4) and the location was great for us and kids old enough to go back and forth to the beach by themselves. Just a one minute walk so I felt comfortable letting my 12 year old go home by herself. If you are not familiar with Pinellas Co, you can take the PSTA trolley up and down Gulf Blvd for cheap and there are two stops within a 2-3 min walk of the unit which is convenient if you want to check out other areas on the coast. We would definitely return and feel at home here. :)

I can honestly say this condo was amazing! I highly recommend staying here. We brought our two boys (10 & 4) and there was plenty to do! We very much felt at home. Mike (property manager) was amazing to work with as well!I would absolutely stay here again!
