About this apartment rental
The condo building will be doing some restoration construction as of Dec 2025. This will limit use of the balcony during this time.potentially in April 2026. The pool on property will be closed at of September, however access to pool at the the condo unit next door at Quiet waters are open to Waterview guests. We have adjusted rates for these inconveniences. Still nice view from-the unit and dock on the property to be enjoy the boat traffic and watch for dolphins. You will love the view of the inter coastal waterway from our living room as well as the master bedroom. This fully equipped two bedroom, two bathroom unit is fully furnished including washer and dryer within the unit. Master BR has TV, king bed, access to two balconies and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, window with a view of inter-coastal . This BR Includes TV and direct access to the bathroom to provide guests a private space. Enjoy watching cable TV or streaming on large 55” Smart TV in living room on cozy sofas and a priceless view of the water. The unit has Wifi throughout and is equipped for all of your needs to make you feel at home. The complex boasts a large heated pool with hot tub and convenient washrooms There is a BBQ available for those quiet evenings when you decide not to visit one of the delectable restaurants within walking distance.
If you prefer the beach, no need to drive or battle a crowd, there is a private access across the street to enjoy the soft sandy water or watch the sunset.
If you want to leave the car behind, the Suncoast Beach Trolley is AC'd and travels between St . Pete's beach to Clearwater. Two of the most popular spots in Florida within 20 minutes in either direction for big resort restaurants and night clubs. For quieter entertainment enjoy some of the favorite local pubs and restaurants and have a great time to live music. The quiet location of Indian shores offers the entertainment variety for a family or adults getting away for the winter. Rent boats, paddle boards or scooters within walking distance. Looking for a day trip, Orlando and Disney is 90 minutes away.

This condo was amazing! It had everything you need and then some! The balcony had a great view of the bay and we saw dolphins and manatees. And loved watching the boats come through. It was so peaceful. It felt like home. And we didn’t want to leave. The decor was beautiful. It was very clean! We hope to stay here again soon. Thank you Patti for your quick responses to all of my questions. And the beach right across the street was beautiful. We love the beach! Thank you for letting us stay!

It’s a really good spot, we didn’t do much. So it was nice to have our deck and watch boats and the odd Dolphin.

We chose this property last minute due to a different condo having a water issue. Our experience did not match the reviews however. We arrived late on a Saturday night to find the place not clean. The floors were filthy, counters were dirty, appliances hadn’t been cleaned in months and the rugs had visible dirt. There appeared to be a lot of construction dirt as well. Thankfully, the owners were quick to respond the following morning with a partial refund. We spent Sunday morning, sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, etc.
The best part of the condo was the location. There were fantastic views of the intercoastal and you will likely see dolphins and/or manatees while there. Also, it was a quick walk to the beach across the street. Caddy’s and Lulu’s were also a quick walk.
Another plus - the condo is well stocked. Kitchen had many extras and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc.
The pool area was very nice and clean. They have updated all of the chairs since we were there back in 2020.
One disappointment was finding out Sunday night the parking lot would be repaved. A definite inconvenience when you are trying to walk out to the pier, get to gthe pool or the foot washing stations. Understand it must be done but it would’ve been nice if that was listed in the description before we booked.
