Nearby activities include boat and kayak rental, fishing, biking, miniature golf, but most importantly, the beach. Take the elevator down to the swimming pool level and walk out through the sand dunes to an awesome beach. Dig your toes into the white sands of the island. Cabanas are available to rent a few yards away. Wow, what beautiful sand! Wow, what interesting pelicans, skimmers, egrets, sand pipers, blue herons, turtles and more! Wow, sunsets are beyond description! Wow, wow, wow, there is more to say, but you just need to come down and experience it!
As you will have a minimum of 28 days to rest and relax, consider you are only a short drive to all the amenities the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg areas have to offer. Concerts, theatres, museums, baseball, football, hockey, Busch Gardens amusement park, golf courses, and of course shopping.
The "fine print": This condo is limited to a maximum occupancy of four people. Covered parking for one vehicle is included. HOA rules apply to include a rental guest application form. No pets of any kind are allowed due to owner allergies. No furniture may be moved or removed at any time. A coin operated washer and dryer is available on each floor. The entire building, walkways, balconies, and pool area are smoke and vaping-free.

The property is very modern and well equipped. The pictures of the condo reflect exactly how nice the place is. The check-in was easy and clear instructions are provided. Our visit went smoothly and was problem free. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. The Gulf views are spectacular and the sunsets are different every night. The pool is heated and there is plenty of pool furniture and umbrellas. It is a short walk to the beach. Our stay went by too fast.

Important notice to future travelers: This unit is as nice as the pictures show but a very important issue is the reliability of the two elevators. The unit is on the 8th floor and as long as you are prepared to have to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs then proceed with reservation. The owner did not notify us of the issue and it is still not disclosed on their page. During our 4 week stay, it was a regular occurrence that one or both elevators were down and a few times people stuck in the elevator had to be rescued by the fire department. Repair staff fixing the elevators were on site on a regular basis but apparently the only solution is replacement of both elevators, but it is is unclear when and if that will be done. The owners would not acknowledge or take any responsibility for this great inconvenience and safety concern.
The counter tops in kitchen and bathroom are either marble or granite and are very delicate and in case you do not know, you must be very careful with with red wine and other products that may stain. Perhaps not a good choice for a rental property. Owners did withhold a portion of the security deposit for a small stain on the counter, which was beyond our control.
One more issue is the lack of a screen door in living room which meant we could not leave door open (to avoid bugs flying in) to listen to waves. Bedroom did have screen and great for sleeping listening to waves and fresh air. Perhaps the owners would consider installing one as it would make a big difference.
The good:
The unit was recently remodeled therefore it is clean, well done, towels, bedding, new furniture very comfortable including the beds. Kitchen well equipped, great appliances. The view is spectacular from the balcony and inside the unit for the amazing sunsets, watching the birds, dolphins.
Pool area clean, not that busy, bathrooms, shower, easy access to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Favorites include: Guppies, Caddy, Sea Breeze, Villa Gallace. Beautiful long beach great for long walks. It is a beautiful area and I would highly recommend the area.
