You have a convenient storage room in the garage area for all your beach chairs and beach items, no worries about lugging sandy items upstairs into the condo. The kitchen has plenty of room to feel right at home cooking if that is your pleasure. You are within walking distance to a number of restaurants, eateries and shops, and even putt-putt golf if you feel like getting out on foot. Golden Shores is tucked away on the quaint town of Indian Shores but still close to major shopping, movies, and restaurants just over the nearby bridge. The property has a dock where you can sit on the Intracoastal Waterway and watch the boats, and if your lucky you may catch sight of dolphins playing or manatees grazing. A washer and dryer are right inside the condo for your convenience. There is a trash chute on the backside of the elevator shaft. Free Perks when you rent this condo. The daily use of bicycles are available from the rental office. Registration at the property is required by the association.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
