Direct Gulf Front Beach Paradise! Any Closer To The Water & You Would Be In It..

Million dollar views! This condo is beautiful, clean and has everything you would need for a week at the beach. The beds were comfortable. Joyce was great to work with and easy to reach if needed, although we had no problems. The beach area is low key and not super busy (accept for the actual holiday, July 4th). The pool area was clean and provided us with a little break from the sand. The balcony was so nice to sit out and eat breakfast or lunch on while enjoying the ocean view. Sunsets were gorgeous. Nearby restaurants were very good with minimal wait. We went the week of July 4th and there were really good fireworks right on the beach. Not much within walking distance so definitely make sure to have a car. Covered parking comes with the condo. There is a trolley that runs from St. Pete to Clearwater but we did not use it. Our family actually enjoyed this vacation more than our last year at AMI. We would come back.

Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo. The location was excellent, and the unit had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.That said, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. We found dirty laundry left behind from the previous guests, which made us question how thoroughly the condo had been cleaned before our arrival.The building elevator was also only working about half the time during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage and beach gear.Despite those issues, we still enjoyed our trip.

The location and view were wonderful! The unit was nicely stocked and very clean. The king size bed was too soft; however and it could use a few updates.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo had everything needed. Owner was very nice. Our stay in the condo was ruined due to the sand replenishment and the work being done on the building. We were not told that all of this was going on. We should have been given the option before coming to stay or find a different place. But the owner was nice and did refund part of our stay. We we had to check out quickly and find a new place which was not easy in a short amount of time. We lost money because we had stocked the refrigerator with food to cook and where we ended up, tho it had a fridge it did not have a stove so we lost aver $100 worth of food. Again owner was very nice, she even bought us lunch for our troubles. I would like to stay again at some point but next time I will know to ask questions about any repairs going on before I go. Condo is exactly as shown in pictures and so is the view! The only issue we found as far as the condo itself is it could use new mattresses and tho the master shower is beautiful, there is no water pressure to enjoy all the fancy jets the shower has. All in all I would recommend staying here! Only reason for the 3 star over all rating was due to the lack of commincting the goings on at the beach and condo, mattresses, and water pressure. I would also recommd a high top table to see over the rails of the balcony because the view is gorgeous and the sunset is breathtaking!!!
