We have been to the condo multiple times before and always love it. Kevin is quick to check in and communicate with us whenever we need something! It is peaceful there and the condo offers you a nice relaxing place to stay. It is always updated as well.

My wife and I traveled from Augusta , GA to visit with our daughter and son in law Tampa, FL. We were lucky enough to find this condo for 4 nights.
What a great condo. Clean, updated, well cared for and in a great location. Beautiful views of the swimming pool and the beach and ocean.
I highly recommend this condo and I certainly would stay again. Thanks for everything to the owner and the property staff.

Beautiful condo, it had everything we needed for our stay. Beach towels, chairs, floats. Included. The beds & linens were comfortable( my husband & I both have back issues and had no issues with this bed), good sized bathrooms and showers with plenty of lighting.
The view of the gulf from the balcony was a morning favorite. The beach & pool were both close to the building. Over all a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Only 2 things we could think of to make this even better: 1. Stackable washer & dryer 2.nightstand lamps with USB charging ports built in.

This condo was definitely nicer than the other condo we rented at the same time. The pictures are kind of deceiving. It showed we would see the beach but we had a view of the pool. The couch that had the bed in it was dirty under the cushions. My mother who sat on that couch got bit multiple times. Unsure if it was beach fleas that were in the condo or what they could have been. The owner of the condo Kevin was super helpful and very nice. Not many complaints about this condo. Except for the couch issue and the pictures showing the view of the beach. Though we liked this condo we will not return due to plumlee owning the buildings. We also were not told that we would have to pay $25 a day to park across the street since we were only allowed 1 parking spot in the parking garage. Also, we were not aware that the washer and dryers we had to pay for. There was no quarter machine to get quarters. There was two washers and two dryers for an entire floor.
