Clean condo with great accommodations for our stay. Owner was super responsive on a couple of questions we had and we enjoyed our stay. Seeing Dolphins swimming in the bay was a bonus.

This condo was great! Great views from the deck (manatees, sea turtle, dolphins, fish, birds and watching the various boats go by). Sunrises were amazing and just steps across the street with our own path to the gulf and sunsets. The condo was left with nice small items that sometimes aren’t included which was greatly appreciated especially since we only bring carry on luggage. The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. We were made aware we’d need to use the pool next door which was very nice. Construction was a bit noisy but we are early risers so no issues. Overall, a great experience an we’d love to return.

Vincent is a great host. His property is welcoming and well stocked with necessities. We love sitting on the balcony watching the intercoastal activity.

Absolutely perfect. We have stayed here before and it’s our go to for this area. Beautiful new renovations and a very homey feel. Our yearly stay for sure.
