Snowbird friendly oceanfront gem with WiFi AC access to pool hot tub and dock

This property was way better than I expected. The balcony had a great view of the canal, hot tub, pool area, and according to the other family that stayed in the condo next door, said the sunrise from the balcony is also breath taking, but I did not get up early enough to vouch for that! If you step out the front door and walk down about fifteen feet, you will have a stunning view of the sunset over the gulf. The property is clean, decorated well, and the kitchen was fully stocked with any and every appliance, dishes, etc you could ever want or need. They have a lot of beach stuff you'll need, even a wagon to put everything in to get to the beach easier. The main bedroom was huge and has a separate sliding glass door to the balcony. Both bathrooms have showers that are one tiny step up to get in to. The main bathroom also has a place to sit in the shower. Access to the beach is across the street, but the sign is teeny tiny, so look carefully for it. The only complaint I had was communicating with the host about the mattress type because of my anaphylactic latex allergy. I messaged the host over a week before we were to arrive to ensure the mattress was not a hybrid bed with foam and latex. The host kept saying they wou get back with me, but never did. I only found out the mattress type when I got there and looked it up myself. The main bedroom mattress is made of foam, without latex...for all my fellow latex allergy friends.

We loved the place. Very clean and spacious. Easy access to the elevator and down to the parking and pool. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean as well. Everything was as described. So overall it was great.
