Wonderful well kept building located in the heart of Indian Shores directly on the Intracoastal waterway. Easy private beach access located directly across the street. A two bedroom/two bath condo featuring PRIVATE beach access across the street, heated pool & spa, plus a residents only pier/fishing dock. The Master Suite offers a King sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. Enjoy the morning sunrise and watching the boats go by!
One assigned parking spot and a pass for guest parking that is first come first serve.

The heated pool and hot tub were great, since it was a little chilly to swim at the beach. The kitchen and W/D made this so much better than staying in a hotel. Nice little path through the beachfront properties across the road for beach access. There is also a bike/ped lane on the side of the road as well as a trolley which was nice. Overall, we had a nice time and would return.
