Great location in Swanage just 10mins walk from the beach. Lovely outside and enclosed courtyard at the back. Quiet road.

Nothing, it is small but we were expecting that. You can’t park outside the cottage due to the road narrowing but we found parking just up from the cottage.

Kitchen smaller than expected, chopping boards old and worn, and some of the cups and glasses need replacing due to cracks. Shower very small and floods the bathroom.

Superb

Just a five minute walk to local pub and shop and a 10 minute walk to seafront. Even though no allocated parking we never had a problem finding a space behind property. Overall a lovely little cottage.

Superb

The patio was a perfect suntrap in the evening to sit and relax on. The cottage had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and although small it was fine for 2 of us. It's quirky with the fridge in the dining area for example but this didn't matter essentially.

There are very steep stairs up to the bedrooms which I dont believe were mentioned in the description. Just something to be aware of with older guests or mobility issues. The only bathroom is also downstairs off from the kitchen so again something to consider, as negotiating steep stairs at night was something to be really careful with! Carparking was an issue and found most of the stay we couldn't get parked outside the back of the cottage had to park about 250m back up the road.
