Location was great, quiet but close to everything. The house is big and beautiful but not cold, it was cosy and charming. Perfect 👌 lovely touches on arrival such as large bowl of chocolates and lovely toiletries. Gardens are gorgeous.

The house was amazing, spectacular views and beautifully decorated. Great location and plenty of space. The garden was relaxing and loved the sound of the water fountain.
Could have done with some more glasses (normal ones) there was 7 of us and only around 4 drinking glasses. The aga is a fine art and might be worth mentioning that if its to be used, it needs 24 to 48 hours to heat up. However, there is also the fan oven that is integrated. We also had no oven trays to put anything on. These were very minor points to be honest and in no way detracted from the property.

The house and all its furnishings truly were magnificent. The garden with all its beautful plants and unique ornaments offered interest at every turn. The bedrooms and views were luxurious with amazing views. Parking was very easy. The walk into Swanage so easy.
If you have severe mobility issues the quick route from the cottage to swanage was a little steep.
