The house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Location is great and there is ample room for three cars.
We've stayed in Swanage for three past 11 years and have enjoyed this property the most (staying last year and returning this year). We can't visit in 2027, but aim to return in 2028. Hopefully this property will still be available.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

It was a perfect house to cater for our family reunion. Loved the location to the beach and town. Lots of bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen
It lists that there is a tumble dryer and clothes rack. However the only way of drying clothes is an outside clothes line, which is not ideal when it rains a lot. We found a local laundromat to dry our clothes. Also a small details, but no shower gel provided so bought several to cater for all the bathrooms.

Very stylish house, spacious and very clean. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms, extremely comfortable sofas.
We loved the secure garden, perfect for children and pups. Also great to have a little gate at back into a big park for kids and dog walks.
There were odd gaps in kitchen equipment for such a big house. There were no roasting tins or baking trays for example.
We felt there could have been more instructions in the house folder to things like the heating, the cooking hob etc.
The contact with the host was strangely impersonal, although the caretaker was prompt in sorting out a couple of issues with refuse collections.
