A wonderful stay in a fantastic family house close to the High Street
Fantastic location close to beach, shops, restaurants and pubs and lovely walks Spacious house for our family Very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery etc for a large group Good quality accommodation, fixtures and fittings Excellent utility/loading area where we could unload car and also keep buggies, beach things, trolleys etc Enough keys for 3 families 2 very useful courtyards to sit and have a drink/coffee/entertain small people
Just a small thing -a ventilation fan in the double downstairs bedroom would help with airing towels etc An en suite in the middle double would make the house perfection!

Perfect place for large family group. Great location and lovely accommodation.
Perfect location in the centre of Swanage. Great facilities - loved the two little outdoor seating areas and the large versatile utility room which was great for keeping bikes and outdoor gear. Clean, well equipped kitchen, beautifully presented house and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

Perfect location, a stones throw from the town, pier, shops etc.. The drying room was perfect for drying dive kit.
The parking is terrible, but couldn't be helped. A parking permit for one of the long stay car parks would be really useful, if it could be arranged with the local council. Not enough seating for 10 people

Very comfortable house in good location. Everything had been well thought through so made our stay very enjoyable.
Clean. Nice decor. Comfortable. Good location. Owners left tea/ coffee/ bread/ biscuits and milk which was really lovely on arrival at 11:30pm after a 4h drive.
Downstairs bedroom(master bedroom) below kitchen/ living area - could hear moving around above you when trying to go off to sleep. But 4 other bedrooms to choose from.
