Excellent location.
Collapsed dressing table, uncomfortable pillows.

No breakfast available as this was an unstaffed hotel
Bed was too soft.

A very neat and tidy hotel with lovely little touches.
Walls between rooms were a little thin as conversations could be heard in adjacent room but this did not spoil the stay.

Lovely bedding, etc. We have stayed twice before but the noise on the gravel outside of our room (Kingscross) was very evident. The electric charger point added more frequent vehicle activity. Certainly impacted on our sleep.
As above ref the noise factor, plus we had very little storage for a five night stay, so had to put clothes, shoes and bags under the bed. Also, no shelving in the shower room, albeit the shower was very good.
