The apartment was located in an excellent spot, right in front of a beach. Our stay coincided with the start of Kieler Woche 2026, and you can immerse yourselves with some of the festivities nearby. Our host was not available, but we were warmly welcomed by Horst and his wife Anke, who (we felt bad!) had to wait a while for our arrival. But communication with them was fast and easy. Horst and Anke showed us the apartment, and they could not have been a better caretaker. Kiel is a short drive away, so this is a good apartment to stay in, and a good location to enjoy the beach in front of the apartment.
