Wild Trails Yala by Suri

Great location in the jungle with spacious glamping tents offering privacy and a real close to nature experience. Friendly staff made the stay a real pleasure. Food and service was great.

Location was wonderful and could hear the birds all night. Went for a bushwalk which we loved as much as the safari.

There were mosquitoes but air conditioning worked and it is in the jungle which is its beauty.

It only has cold water but this is to be expected in a tent and isn’t a problem for a short stay.

Good location and the bed was comfortable. The food was pretty nice and it was lovely to have our own pool

The staff were pretty difficult. We got very mixed messages about a number of things and they could be quite rude even though they were the one to make a mistake on booking our safari. They would say one thing and then the next day say something else (we asked for lunch at 3, told it was fine then the next day were told they couldn't do it any later than 2). The facilities in general also weren't great. Air-conditioning couldn't be used in the day, there were no fridges and the kettle also couldn't be used in the day. We stayed two nights and they didn't clean our room which meant the bathroom bin smelt because of the heat.
