Neem Tree House

We had the most wonderful stay at Neem Tree House in Kirinda and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Anusha made us feel incredibly welcome. She had beautifully decorated the house for our son and husband’s joint birthday and even arranged a lovely cake for us — such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the occasion extra special. Anusha also organised a safari for us in Yala, which was fantastic. Her husband prepared the most delicious meals during our stay. We especially loved the BBQ dinner and the wonderful Sri Lankan specialities. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, setting us up perfectly for a day of exploring. We absolutely loved the pool and the wonderful wildlife around the house — watching the peacocks and monkeys was such a treat. But the real highlight for us was sitting in the tree house and looking out over the lake. It was peaceful, beautiful and truly unforgettable. Neem Tree House is a very special place, made even more memorable by the warmth and hospitality of Anusha and her family. We left feeling completely relaxed, very well looked after and with some wonderful memories. We would love to return!

The family staff were amazing and lovely. Anusha was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We also loved being in nature (monkeys in the trees) and the food was so great

A home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, had amazing food and friendly staff who could not do enough for us. The tree house was great to look at the animals on the lake. Sad to leave, could have spent more time here relaxing.
