About this apartment rental
Modest and welcoming apartment in a very pleasant neighborhood:
- A stone's throw from the Buttes Chaumont and the Canal de l'Ourcq (walk along the canal to Parc de la Villette). In summer, Paris-Plage and its activities on both banks of the canal (small electric boats, open-air cafés, children's activities, etc.)
- Close to two MK2 cinemas, pleasant bars and restaurants.
- The apartment is located a few meters from the Laumiere Metro station, line 5. Buses 75, 60, and 48 are also nearby.
- Near a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool with a solarium (on Rue David d'Angers) and a 33-meter Paillerond swimming pool with a garden/solarium.
In short, a very pleasant setting with all the necessary shops nearby. (Franprix across the street from the building)
In the apartment: ping-pong paddles, two pétanque sets :)
