Marais - Parents Suite & Kids Room with Park View

Amazing location, kind and responsive host, perfect for my family ♡

Whilst no AC is to be expected, the apartment had no fans, which meant we really struggled to sleep with the heatwave temperatures. I feel confident that the host will add a couple of fans soon.

Modern and very clean. Staff extremely helpful. Nice restaurants around.

No aircon and had to sleep with windows open but quite loud from restaurants on the street.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment, it is tastefully decorated and has a home away from home feel! It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a wonderful location overlooking the beautiful Square Maurice Gardette which gives it an authentic neighbourhood feel, but still close to the action with many bars and restaurants, and great transport links nearby! Peaceful at night, no noise concerns. The owners were very responsive and lovely to communicate with and it’s clear that they really care about the comfort of their guests. check in was easy and the (small) lift was most welcome! We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment for anyone wanting a special stay in the centre of Paris!

Nothing that affected our stay - minor points, we did not manage to locate a kettle for tea but easily rectified! Lack of air con might be an issue for some but we managed fine in the middle of a heatwave with leaving the big windows open - standing fans might be helpful!

Well equiped modern appartment on the 6th floor, very nice view on the park, cousy neighborhood with many resto’s. Appartement is very suitable for parents with kids. Host responds quickly.
