The property has the majority of the things we need during our stay. The kitchen is well equip and clean. It’s good for a family of 3/4. We love the big windows with a great view. WiFi is also available. Just outside is a supermarket where we got food and drinks. Goncourt Metro is just outside the property.
Nothing major, resolve straight away by the owner. Good communication.

Appartement conforme aux photographies situé dans une résidence calme, propre et sécurisée avec ascenseur. Très bonne situation géographique, au pied du métro Goncourt et des commodités : boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette, bars et restaurants. Les lits étaient faits, des serviettes à disposition ainsi que des capsules pour la machine à café. C'était appréciable d'avoir du gel douche et du shampoing également.
La fenêtre de la salle à manger est cassée et il n'y avait pas de note indiquant qu'il ne fallait pas ouvrir pour fermer les volets. Un des stores est manquant car cassé. La patère dans la salle de bains était cassée. Il n'y a qu'un petit bureau pour manger avec seulement deux chaises disponibles, alors que nous étions trois. Une chaise pliante supplémentaire aurait été fort utile ainsi que des fourchettes, car il n'y en avait qu'une seule. Le flexible de la douche fuit. Il serait bon de le remplacer.

Location very central
Cleanliness was quite poor in general, dirty towels and no cleaned bed sheets. There was a strong smell of humidity coming from the closet as well.
