Family Villa Tilia with Private Pool

Villa Tilia is a family villa with a new architectural design, four bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a large covered terrace and three larger balconies. With its location it offers a view of all the family villas Heraki and the beautiful Istrian landscape.
The villa consists of ground floor and first floor, is equipped with rustically designed furniture, and the bedrooms are equipped as a combination of single beds and double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the kitchen bar separates it from the living room and dining room. The dining room is equipped for eight people and has access to a covered terrace. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with access to a covered terrace. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower. Internal stairs lead to the first floor where three bedrooms are located. All rooms have private bathrooms and private balconies.

Sveti Lovrečnestles in the immediate hinterland of Vrsar and Poreč. It is one the best preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria, The town was named after the smallchurch St. Lawrence(1) built in the 8th century on the town graveyard located outside the town. The Romanesque bell tower next to the church was added in the 11th century.
