I would recommend a stay at Villa Nina. You won't be disappointed.

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the centre, the beach and the supermarket. Our studio apartment was spacious and really clean. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. Bike hire and laundry facilities were available and the pool area was clean with plenty of loungers. Appreciated no additional charge for the safe in the apartment.

Unfortunately our apartment was on the ground floor and although our outside space was a big size it backed onto a parking space off the road and felt a little exposed.

Fijn appartement, duurder maar kwaliteit

We hadden geen ontbijt, dat hebben we zelf geregeld. De keuken is compleet. Het is heel dichtbij het strand )wel waterschoenen nodig!) en een (koud) zwembad van het appartement. Het bed is fijn en er zijn verschillende kussens, de gordijnen verduisteren goed.

Het zwembad was heel koud, we zijn best flink, maar dit was erg koud. Er zitten veel muggen, niet te verhelpen door de beheerder maar anti-Mug is aanbevolen. Verder was alles echt top!

Sehr netter Empfang, super Parkplatz für unsere Bikes, schönes Deluxe Studio mit tollem Bett! Kurzer Weg zum Strand und nächstem Restaurant.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber im Vergleich eher unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist sehr Family-lastig... ist keine Kritik, aber vlt zu bedenken, wenn man Ruhe oder Romantik sucht.

Echt een aanrader voor ieder reisgezelschap gezien de lokatie en de kwaliteit van het appartement

De accommodatie is erg schoon, modern en ruim. Ook meer dan genoeg aanbod van schone handdoeken en beddengoed.

Jammer dat er geen direct buiten is aan het appartement. Ik kon wel gebruik maken van een gezamenlijk ruim en mooi dakterras.

Przyjemny pobyt dla rodziny z dziećmi chcącym otrzymać stosunkowo dobrą jakość względem ceny

Bliskość do plaży, czysty basen zewnętrzny. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Pokój posiadał dwa balkony co było na plus.

Łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia. W fugach grzyb choć nie było tragedii a czepiam się bo jestem pedantką i zwracam na to uwagę. Personel sam z siebie milczący, raczej do rzadkości słyszeliśmy „dzień dobry”. Mieszkanie oceniam jako dobre, nie jest to najnowsze wyposażenie. Kanapa w pokoju z aneksem się rozjeżdżała. Nie ma żadnej blokady więc pod wpływem zabaw dzieci rozjeżdżała się. Widok nie jest na morze a raczej na ulicę i basen chyba że z ostatniego piętra widok lepszy ;) klimatyzacja działająca ale potrzebująca czasu żeby zacząć działać ;)

Wonderful stay at Fazana

Posizione vicina alla spiaggia e al supermercato, piscina con barbecue e lavanderia. Perfetto per un soggiorno tranquillo con i bambini. Abbiamo avuto un ombrellone rotto e lo staff lo ha cambiato subito, con una cordialità non comune. Parcheggio interno senza problemi. Soggiorno perfetto!

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, extrem sauber und ansprechend. Zimmer sehr modern, geräumig und Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet Betten bequem Die Lage ist perfekt - Strand , Ort und großer Supermarkt - alles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier

Wir hatten leider nur eine Terrasse außerhalb unseres Appartments, die nicht überdacht war. Bei Regen leider nicht nutzbar ( auch Wäsche konnte dann nicht zum trocknen aufgehängt werden )

Durch die top Lage war es ein super Urlaub, würden gerne wieder kommen.

Die Nähe zum Strand, zum Einkaufen zur Pizzeria und auch zur Innenstadt. Eiswürfelmaschine im EG.

Das Gebäude war sehr hellhörig, besser wäre es oben zu buchen. Pool war zeitweise sehr voll und des waren eher begrenzt liegen verfügbar. Manche reservieren diese, ohne diese zu nutzen.

One of the best vacation in northern Croatia

Close to city center, beach, promenade, supermarket, playground for kids and workout playground as well. Every place less then 5 min by walk. Pools (1 bigger + 1 small for kids) were perfect, clean, with good temperature. Enough parking places, area with cameras. Apartment with one bedroom and balcony was (my opinion) the best choice for us (2 adults + 1 child). Quite location. The apartment's facilities were sufficient (incl. toaster, microwave, kettle and coffe machine but only for filter coffee). All dishes and cutlery was provided (incl. everything for washing). Apartments was clean and looked quite new. Ice maker in the hallway 👍. We did not use it but laundry is available too.

Missing shower gel. You can change bed linen and towels only by yourself at the reception. I think 15€ add. fee for breakfast (for 1 person and 1 day) is little bit high price - that is why we did not use it.

ESPERIENZA FANTASTICA

Tutto fantastico: lo staff gentilissimo, l'arredamento moderno, la pulizia, la tranquillità, la piscina (ce n'è anche una più piccola per i bambini piccoli), i fiori sul terrazzo, tutto molto curato. Il letto in camera era super confortevole, come nei migliori alberghi. Comoda anche la possibilità di usare la lavanderia all'interno del residence, dotata di lavatrici, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro, anche il detersivo era a disposizione. Nell'appartamento erano disponibili inoltre spugnetta e detersivo per i piatti, sacchi delle immondizie, sale e pepe, asciugamani da bagno e biancheria da letto/lenzuola, strofinacci da cucina e asciugacapelli, carta igienica e sapone per le mani in bagno, insomma c'era davvero tutto il necessario per una vacanza in relax. Inoltre la posizione è veramente ottima: 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina, attraversando una bella zona residenziale, e a 5 minuti dal centro. Noi ci eravamo portati le nostre bici (che abbiamo potuto parcheggiare all'interno del residence) per cui abbiamo potuto approfittare della pista ciclabile che percorre tutto il lungomare, fino a Peroj da un lato e fino a Valbandon dall'altro, e visitare quindi tutte le varie spiagge, molto belle. Adatte anche a chi ha bambini piccoli. Il paesino è piccolino ma carino e caratteristico, e ci sono diverse proposte di escursioni in barca con vari tour, noi abbiamo fatto l'uscita serale per vedere i delfini ed è stato molto bello, alle bambine è piaciuta moltissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Si potrebbe migliorare il divano letto in soggiorno, che non era molto comodo (per dormirci), ma niente di che.

Lage der Unterkunft zentral. Ein paar Gehminuten in den Ort. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Wir hatten ein DZ. Leider ohne Balkon. Jedoch angenehme Sitzmöglichkeit beim tollen Pool. Frühstück sehr gut. Genügend Parkmöglichkeit. Wir kommen wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung zwischen Strand und Pizzeria

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll und voll ausgestattet. Die Fenster schließen sehr dicht ab. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool und Babypool hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und die vielen Liegen mit Schirm waren sehr bequem. Zum Strand (feiner Kies)sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, sie Pizzeria nebenan sehr lecker.

Zugang zum Balkon ist nur über das Schlafzimmer möglich und die Klimaanlage könnte leistungsstärker sein.

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme, erholsame Zeit verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt

Sehr gute Lage um rasch sowohl das Meer als auch den Ortskern zu erreichen. Die Anlage selbst hat uns gut gefallen, wobei wir während unseres Aufenthalts grossteils die einzigen Gäste waren und die Ruhe sehr genossen haben. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Das der Frühstücksraum im Keller war hat uns nicht gestört, weil wir das bereits im Vorhinein von anderen Feedbacks gewusst hatten.

Ga. Katarina je zelo prijazna. Ker je bila možnost so nam brezplačno nadgradili apartma oz. nas namestili v novejši, cudovit, modern, zelo prostoren apartma, kjer smo lahko našli kar smo potrebovali. Več bi si težko želeli.

Sehr schön mit kleinen Mankos

Die Zimmer sind schön groß, Ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Ausstattung des Küchenblockes war okay. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Der Innenhof mit dem Pool ist auch sehr schön. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Strand und Lokale in angenehmer Entfernung.

Der Frühstücksraum im Keller hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Die durchgehende Matratze im Doppelbett weckt beim umdrehen immer den Partner auf, da gibt es bessere Schlafmöglichkeiten.

Skvělá poloha, čistota, hezké apartmány. Bazén skvělý, vždy čistý, dostatek lehátek.

Úklid ani jednou za celý pobyt a žádné uklízecí potřeby, aby jste si alespoň zametli. Apartman superior měl terasu mimo pokoj, muselo se chodit přes chodník brankou a na to vás dopředu nikdo neupozorní, s malým dítětem velká nevýhoda.
