About this house rental

This holiday home is suitable for larger groups or families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together. In the house you will find 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 6 living rooms, free Wi-Fi. The location is quiet with complete privacy and not far from the grocery store and the sea. Behind the house is a refreshing pool, surrounded by green vegetation. On the ground floor there is a large communal kitchen as well as a large common room with billiard table for the villa guests only. The property is completely fenced so that even the smallest can play without care. We recommend trips to the nearby places. The most famous is the Pula Amphitheater, which offers a lot of art and culture in the summer as well as a good entertainment program.

Excursions by sailboat (10 m length) with the owner are possible on request (extra).

Check in was easy, the facilities at the villa were well looked after and clean and the host Manuela was also on hand and very helpful.Villa was perfect for our large group with many rooms and kitchens. Allowed the 12 of us to have great time but also gave us space to do separate meals hung if needed.Would recommend!

Our stay was fantastic, All apartments were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The communal kitchen and area was used a lot and the outside space was simply amazing with a lovely pool , nice big grill and family eating area along with a great garden space.Manuela the host was brilliant, she was very responsive before and during the trip and gave some some excellent recommendations for things to do and restaraumts to eat at, she simply couldn't do enough for us. The location we thought was great, it was quiet and private which we wanted but within a short walking distance of supermarkets and Pula town. We were an extended family of 15 and the accommodation was perfect for a large group. We would love to go back and visit and would 100% book this accommodation if available.Manuela a very big thankyou for your warm hospitality.

This is a great property to rent if you are a large group. It has a fabulous pool and outdoor area and the bedrooms are split into 6 apartments with a separate kitchen and room with a pool table. Manuela is an amazing host, immediately on hand on the odd occasion we needed her

Great villa with plenty of room for large groups or families. The pool with bbq area was ideal for evenings in. Plenty of sun beds and kitchen areas were well equipped. Great help to have travel cots and high chairs provided preventing the need for us to take them. The villa was all set up when we arrived however a guest book with advice on the area etc would have been good. We had a little trouble finding the villa as the google maps from address on website took us elsewhere but eventually found it. Pula centre is 20-25 mins walk and had some nice areas to see with some good restaurants. Car is essential for getting around

We spent one week with a group of 10 adults and 12 children (5 families). The house functions very well when you can rent the whole property. Clean and well enough rooms with comfortable beds. The pool is nice, barbecue place beside it lovely and the common kitchen spacious and well functioning. All apartments have their own kitchens/fridges but only the common one has an oven. The only minus was the pillows that were way too big. There are plenty of nice towns and beaches around that you can visit easily and many grocery stores nearby, one even within walking distance. Car is however required. We enjoyed our stay!

Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach toll und super sauber! Das Haus besteht aus 6 eigenständigen Wohnungen. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche inkl. WC im Außenbereich. Diese Kombination ist super und fängt alle Situationen ab. Man kann sich bei Bedarf zurückziehen, oder die Zeit gemeinsam verbringen. Familie Erman ist super nett und hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gibt. Alles total unkompliziert und schnell. So stellt man sich einen tollen Urlaub vor! Vielen Dank an Familie Erman.

Wir waren mit 14 Personen angereist und durchwegs begeistert von der sehr großzügigen Unterkunft. Die Anlage war gepflegt, der Pool- und Gartenbereich sehr schön und die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Hinzu kam noch der äußerst unkomplizierte und sehr angenehme Kontakt zu der Hausbesitzerin, die jederzeit erreichbar mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Das war wohl nicht unser letzter Besuch :)

We were 4 families from Sweden renting the property for one week stay and we had the whole property to our self, the property has 6 different individual apartments all with there own kitchen and bathroom. On top of this there is also a common big kitchen . This was the 4th time we rented a house together as a group and this was best place so far. All the apartments and the common areas was very clean, the house must recently been renovated. We used the big kitchen every day for making breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us eating together by the large table next to the pool and the out-door kitchen (grilling area). Amazing! The owner was very nice and friendly, and was very keen to make our visit as pleasant as possible, Thank you!

We have been a group of 13 young people and really enjoyed our stay! All apartments as well as the common room and the pool were all absolutely clean and very nice! we liked to play billiard and spent our days at the pool and in the garden where it‘s enough space to play volleyball or soccer! Manuela was also very kind and everything before and during our stay worked great. We definitely can recommend this location for groups of young people as well as for groups of family’s with young children :) we had an awesome week and would love to come back some day! Thank you :)
