Nice place, bad owners.

Swimming pool, room, well equipped

Small flat (second) smells musty, shower temperature Control, unfriendly hosts, prohibitions everywhere, instead of relaxation one get stressed because you read that nothing is allowed.

Clean but choose the apartment you’ll stay at wisely.

Very clean and well-looked after apartment. The pool was nice but closes at 20:00. The property itself is nice but your experience depends on which apartment you’ll stay at.

Apartment number 6 is underground and gives the feeling of a living in a basement. You have to walk through the hot air blowing from the AC’s outer unit as you descend the stairs towards the apartment. That was bad. Then further into the apartment, more stairs as the pictures display when you book apartment number 6. That was NOT worth £500! The villa they advertise is not the villa standards we all know. I’m staying at a 4-star, elegant hotel soon for half that price, literally. Minimal communication with the owners/managers as English is very limited.

It’s a perfect base for those with a car and wanting to adventure around the local areas

Clean, tidy and excellent value for money. Owners were pleasant and hard working ensuring the place stayed at its good standard. Perfect location if you have a car, easy to get to the many local beaches. Local Lidl is a 2 minute walk away.

Only thing I can think is the pool is not big, however for the time we were there it was fine.

Great apartment with excellent hosts and in a very good location

The property was excellent. Very clean and our apartment was super spacious, with 2 bathrooms and beds for all of us. The living space was great and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and contacted us regularly using the app (which helped with any language barriers!). The location is outside of the town, a walk of about 15 minutes, but there are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed our family holiday.

We would have benefitted from either an oven or an airfryer. As a family we make lots of our own meals and with only a hob and microwave sometimes this was tricky, especially as we were staying for 2 weeks - we ran out of food ideas!

apartament is in the basement and its super small.. the stairs are steep and the place wasn’t properly cleaned..some leaks in the bathroom as well..

My friend is quite tall and with back problems, so the bed was a tiny bit too small for her complete comfort but, all in all a great place to stay!

Pictures reflect better apartment than what is supppied

Shower too small,toilet too close to wall,wash basin not secured to wall,mirror not secured to wall,wardrobe not secured to wall, difficult to lock door, internet dropped out frequently. All round for what you get, too dear , otherwise be careful how you touch things ,not ready for leasing out. In other words not completed.

Great

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Near the villa are supermarkets and the city center mall. With the bus you can easily reach the inner city and the beach and the bus station. The apartment is cozy, comfortable bed, and equipped with most things one might need (plates, towels, cutlery, etc.)

The AC was nice. The big blanket

The rooms was super small and very dark, like the chamber of Harry Potter living under the stairs. WiFi was not working at all. (Maybe because we were in the cellar)

An enjoyable stay in a very clean apartment.

Air conditioning

Pool unheated, hard sun beds without mattresses, communal washing machine without a dryer, cooking facilities comprise a single induction hob, no microwave or dishwasher. Location is a long way out, so you need a car or a cheap Uber to go anywhere.

Nice villa. Not a great location

Property was lovely and very clean. Exceptionally quite since going during Covid. The swimming pool was a bonus and glad we picked it since too far away to walk to the beach.

The most disappointing was at the end when we checked out. Felt like the owner shunted us out and we weren’t wanted, we asked to stay around the pool until our flight. The owner stood over us and walked us off the property once payed. We offered to pay another night just to use the room for a few more hours. They said it was fully booked. Upon looking on booking.com for the check out date. There was rooms available to book now. We ended up going to the beach and paying £19 for 6 hours at a hostel. All fairness the property was lovely but a very dark room since it’s in the cellar. Found the stairs to be extremely dangerous to go up and down to the bed. (But not a massive issue) We also struggled to use their kitchen. Hardly any tools to cook with and ended up going out every night. Still a nice experience but wouldn’t stay again.

it was okay, because we were most of the time outside, but the nights weren't restful

The Pool was nice to fresh up after the beach and most of the time we were alone. The appartement had a washing machine and an A/C.

the appartement was very dark because it's Souterrain. This you couldn't see on the pictures. The bed was only a mattress which was very uncomfortable and very soft. A lath floor and a new mattress would be good. The lights down to the appartement were very dark in the evening. In the night we couldn't open the one Window because of the roachs come in and the A/C was just in the Area of the kitchen, so it was very stifling to sleep.

Es una casa tipo chalet y todos los bajos son apartamentos numerados, la nuestra tenía mucho olor a humedad, supongo que algunos son más grandes y otros más pequeños el nuestro estaba en un lateral y bueno mínimamente aceptable, la cama era buena eso por lo menos estaba bien y estaba limpio.

Sobre todo el olor a humedad, un olor muy fuerte a humedad, fuimos a comprar un ambientador para poder estar, y bueno no era ninguna maravilla la verdad, cama cómoda y limpio poco más.

Der Pool war schön und sauber, sehr erfrischend. Es war sehr ruhig und konnte den Aufenthalt genießen, mein Sohn hatte einen riesen Spaß im Pool

Überall spinnenweben, ganz besonders unter der Dunstabzugshaube und im Schlaf Bereich. Im Bad war der WC Deckel defekt und auf andeuten wurde ich böse angeschaut aber am nächste Morgen wurde er gleich ersetzt

Excellent séjour

Deni et sa femme sont accueillants, soucieux que vous passiez un agréable séjour et vous donne de bons conseils sur les différents lieux à visiter. La villa se situe à 20 min du centre ville,il y a un arrêt de bus à 600m qui dessert beaucoup d'endroits. Literie confortable, piscine et aménagements au top.

Je déconseille le studio 6 pour des personnes d'un certain âge à cause de l'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine. Peut-être penser à mettre des rideaux occultants à la mezzanine car le matin ,réveillée tôt par la lumière du jour.

Το συγκρότημα ήταν σε καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία .20λεπτα με τα πόδια από το κέντρο .

ειχαμε το διαμέρισμα 6(και το τονίζω γιατί ίσως τα άλλα να ήταν καλύτερα ).ήταν υπόγειο στο πίσω μέρος του κτιρίου .μεχρι την πόρτα του σπίτι ανέβαινα και μετά κατέβαινα σκαλιά.μπαινοντας στο 10 τμ διαμέρισμα κατέβαινα πάλι σκαλιά για να πάω στην κουζίνα ας την πω κουζίνα .το μπάνιο ακριβώς δίπλα φυσιολογικό σε μέγεθος και τέλος το κρεββάτι βρισκόταν σε ένα πατάρι πάνω από το μπάνιο χαμηλοτάβανο και εννοείται πάλι ανεβοκατέβαινα σκαλιά .παραθυρο είχε μόνο ένα μικρό πάνω από το στρώμα (κρεββάτι δεν είχε παρα μόνο ένα στρώμα στο πάτωμα )που εννοείται ότι δεν το ανοίγεις γιατί φοβάσαι μην σου έρθει κανένα ποντίκι στη μούρη.ηταν καθαρό αλλά μύριζε κάπως και είχε και πολύ υγρασία .οπως έγραψα και στην αρχή ένα υπόγειο άβολο ήταν

Das Apartment liegt recht ruhig in einem Wohngebiet von Pula. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten im Zentrum bzw. am Meer. Das Bett ist gut, der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind (Lidl, Konzum usw.) sind ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Ein Pool steht untertags zur Verfügung, die Poolarea ist sauber und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein und dunkel, das Bad ist ein enger Schlauch.
