Fantastic family villa in beautiful Istria

The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). All the rooms were clean with a fantastic shabby chic, traditional style. The kitchens were very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen in the pool house too. The front garden area and bbq were great. The small details made the difference such as candle lanterns and herbs and fruit growing in the gardens to use. Lots of space in the garden for the kids to run around and play (but no gates so did need to make sure none escaped!). Plenty of sun beds and chairs to relax in. The pool was great for the kids with a consistent depth. Neven came to clean the pool several times which was great. All the rooms were very spacious. There was fresh, clean linen and towels provided and a washing machine to hand. We did have to do a little bit of ‘child proofing’ of the rooms and stair cases (mixed further around) to ensure the little children were safe (age 3), but this was easily done. Neven was extremely attentive to our needs and was easily contacted by text. He responded to our every need. He even came to check on us when we encountered a few scorpions (we didn’t know they were native Croatia). He recommended some lovely places to visit too. Thank you for a lovely stay. We really hope to be back one day. Your quaint farmhouse became our wonderful holiday home full of memories

Das Haus (es sind 2 zusammenhängende Häuser) ist ideal für große Gruppen. Wir waren 4 Familien mit 16 Personen und einem Hund und hatten ausreichend Platz. Viele Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Bäder, 2 Küchen. Das Highlight ist das große Poolhaus neben dem Pool mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatten, einem langen Tisch und einer Couchecke, wo wir uns tagsüber und abends viel aufgehalten haben. Zur Westseite gibt es noch einen kleineren Garten mit Grillstelle und einer schönen Terrasse, ideal für einen Sundowner. Die nähere Umgebung ist ländlich und schön aber nicht außergewöhnlich. In 3km gibt es den netten kleinen Ort Svetvincenat mit einer Festung und einigen Restaurants. Nach Rovinj (super schön) und zu den Stränden sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Wir waren mit 13 Personen und 2 Hunden für eine Woche an Pfingsten vor Ort. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und das Anwesen ein Traum. Angefangen bei den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern und Freisitzen, über die sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchen und endend mit dem überdachten Aussenbereich samt Outdoorküche, Loungeecke, Hängematten etc. am Pool. Ein absolutes Highlight.

Waren mit 4 Familien 2 Wochen in den liebvoll eingerichteten Häusern. Outdoorküche, Pool und Garten waren perfekt für uns. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen wenn man es idyllisch und rustikal mag. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in den beiden Häusern, die sehr gepflegt sind. Highlight ist die tolle Outdoorküche neben dem Pool. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und total hilfsbereit! Als Verbesserungspunkt hätten wir uns ein Babystuhl und ein Babybett gewünscht. Wir können einen Urlaub hier zu 100% empfehlen.

unsere Gruppe bestand aus 11 Personen und 3 Hunden, wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und wir den Pool nicht so nutzen konnten wie wir es gerne getan hätten. Geschirr etc ist reichlich vorhanden, der Grill ist vor dem Haus, schöner wäre er beim Grillhaus, wo sich alle aufhalten. Es ist genug Platz für alle Gäste, auch Sitzgelegenheiten, wo sich der ein oder andere zurückziehen kann. Der grosse Garten ist ideal für Hunde, unsere waren immer unterwegs. Das Haus ist nicht das neueste, aber zum Wohlfühlen, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen zum Wohlfühlen. Äußerst freundliche, jederzeit erreichbare und hilfsbereite Housekeeper. Kleine Einschränkungen: Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (z.B. Mixer, Teesieb). Die Liegen im Außenbereich und v.a. deren Polsterauflagen sind nicht mehr ansehnlich.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in einem liebevoll und geschmackvoll restaurierten und hergerichteten Landhaus. Inmitten ursprünglicher Natur und doch nicht weit zum nächsten Geschäft blieben keine Urlaubswünsche offen. Es war eine absolut geniale Urlaubswoche.

......und sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus bietet mit seinen vielen Zimmern und Terrassen genügend Platz für eine große Gruppe/mehrere Familien. Der weitläufige Garten mit großem Pool und und das Poolhaus mit Outdoorküche (!!!) machen das Ganze perfekt! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Wir hatten im April mit einer Gruppe von 19 Personen eine wunderschöne Woche. Ein sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen gemütlichen Ecken zum verweilen, und einem Pool mit schöner überdachter Terrasse und Outdoor-Küche. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Très belle location, idéale pour grand groupe, en pleine campagne, les lieux permettent de s'isoler facilement, très bon équipement général, les 2 maisons côte à côte communiquent très facilement et sont très bien agencées, la décoration est pensée avec goût, la climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces, la piscine est parfaite, le grand pool house très appréciable... Bref une location idéale pour des vacances en Istrie. Quant aux propriétaires: deux familles adorables et très arrangeantes.
