Very supportive staff, good location and generous breakfast, which is important when you travel with two teenagers. Comfortable bed, silent at night even though the location is quite central and in busy neighbourhood, many sightseeings are reachable by walk if you do not mind walking a bit. Be wary of steep staircase to reach hotel which is quite ok for healthy adults but can be a challenge for elderly people.

The facilities are very clean and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were excellent especially Kurban and Macid. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Istanbul :)

Staff were very good and helpful. Rooms were clean. The view from the room and hotel was exceptional.
Location- in order to get to hotel you have to cross a lot of stairs and for people with health problems it’s almost impossible. But staff always helps with luggage.
