Great location & view of Bosphorus, very clean & well run hotel with very helpful staff.

The 24 hour desk was great, although the staff seemed bored they managed to always help whenever our keys stopped working, allowed us to do late check out, all of this is what helped have a good stay
The air conditioner was locked to central, meaning we couldn't actually control much of the temperature and it felt more like it was blowing a weak fan instead of air con, the room got hot quickly and as it was a warm September we had to rely on handheld fans that we brought to help us sleep

We were given the disabled persons room and it was on a lower level with no views.
