    I've stayed at marble Hotel more than 5 times, and I keep coming back because of the excellent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the location is perfect—right in the heart of Taksim, with everything within walking distance. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit Istanbul.

    The only reason we didn’t leave this hotel was its excellent location. Aside from that, our experience was extremely disappointing. We understand that this is an older property, and that’s not the issue. The real problem is the complete lack of maintenance and care. The hotel feels neglected, and it is clear that proper upkeep is not a priority. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. Despite making repeated complaints, the cleaners continued to remove the room key card while cleaning, leaving the room without electricity. As a result, the air conditioning and refrigerator were turned off for hours, causing food and drinks we had stored in the fridge to spoil. This happened more than once and showed a complete disregard for guests’ comfort and belongings. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were polite and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the poor housekeeping standards and the lack of accountability. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience.
