    "We had a wonderful stay at Taksim Square Hotel. The location is perfect, just a few steps from Taksim Square. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. We had originally booked an Economy Triple Room, and they kindly upgraded us to a Triple Room with a beautiful Taksim Square view, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended!"

    LOVED THE VIEW AND THE ROOM STAFF WAS ALSO VERY NICE

    We are experiencing very poor service. My room doesn't have a view and they say I have to pay extra. The bed is small, not two beds, and we are two men We've been for a short time and didn't get much rest the first night. After all this fraud, we did not receive any compensation.
