    We had booked 2 rooms in Taxim hill Hotel for 4 nights and AC was not functionning in the 2 rooms. We complained at the reception to change our rooms and nothing was done saying that it is general problem all rooms AC not working.We again contacted Agoda and we were surprised when Agoda agent asked us to see directly with the hotel. Finally on the 3rd day they changed our room to a bigger one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and asked all of 4 persons to stay in that room which obviously we did not accept for our privacy. Only 1 couple stayed in thr bigger room and the other again slept another night without AC. Surprisingly in the bigger room, AC was working fine but they refused to give us another room with AC. We had to check out on the 3rd day evening and booked another hotel. Really disgusting hotel, they don't even provide you an iron, we had to check out on the 3rd day itself and no refund was made. Very disgusting hotel.

    Everywhere is bad except the location, rude staff, bad breakfast, not clean, very old, the room is lift view!!

    My stay at the hotel was very disappointing, hotel doesn't seem to be having much maintenance everything in the room is so overused and worn out. Cleanliness is given max 2 stars bed sheets were stained, towels had hair. Air conditioner was out of service and staff failed to inform us apon arrival, only found out once we were in the room and had to stay with no AC till the next night.
