About this house rental
Truly amazing ski in/out townhome located just feet from the trail, and a 365 day community heated outdoor pool. No walking or shuttles needed. Relax in the Great Room with its natural wood fireplace or relax and have a beverage in the trailside private hot tub. This home is located in the exclusive Solstice community on Stratton Mountain and is not to be missed for its luxury, location and trail access.
The space
One of the only true ski-in/out communities on Stratton Mountain.
Solstice was constructed from 2001-2002 on the trails "91", "91 Extension", and "Solstice Way" for ski-in/ski-out access. TreeTop was built between 2003-2006 as ski-in properties off of the trail "TreeTop Way", but they could not be ski-out due to a contract signed with the Solstice homeowners forbidding the construction of additional ski-in/ski-out townhouses.
Guest access
Entire space is available for guests including outside patio, private hot tub and Solstice owners and guests only shared swimming pool just on the other side of the trail and open all year round!

We will be happy to get anything waiting for your arrival. If you have any special requests, groceries - do not hesitate to ask and we will take care of it. Please inquire about monthly rates for social isolation.

The host was extremely responsive, helpful and accomodating. The house was perfect for our needs... a ski get-away with grown children and grandchildren. It was very clean, well stocked and the the amentities were great!

Everything was great about our stay. Amazing access to the mountain and the house had everything we needed. Fun was had by my whole family (even the teenagers!).

This property was perfectly situated. Easy ski on ski off. Great room and fireplace could not be better. Property owner was very responsive. Overall wonderful 5 day vacation. Would definitely recommend.

The house was well appointed, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed the fire place and hot tub. It was perfect for all the snow we received. Loved the layout of the house and bedrooms. It would be nice to have a queen bed in one of the bunk bed rooms. :). Everyone loved the espresso machine Thank you
