- The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
- Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
- Our minimum rental age is 25.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out.
- We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
- For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Great house and fantastic location! Worth staying there. Small downside because it seemed like there were up charges for anything (using the hot tub, checking in early requests, late checkout requests). Would have preferred things rolled into the overall price to make it easier to book with a group of people.

It was easy to check in and out and there was plenty of parking. There were also ACs in all of the bedrooms but 1. This was important since it was 90 degrees. We only wish the ice machine that was provided worked. The living room furniture, especially the couch, was amazingly comfy. We did a lot of bonding in that space. When we walked in on the first evening, there were some windows open, and there was a furry chicken nugget sitting on the arm of a chair though. The basement had bedrooms in it. They smelled of kreosoot and there were fly clusters in them. The basement needs a de-humidifier. Overall, we had a great time and would just wish for a couple of changes to make our stay more comfortable.
