Featuring two neighboring residences with a combined 9 bedrooms, 16 beds, two well-equipped kitchens, and trio of inviting fireplaces, we assure a comfortable stay. Heated floors, a hot tub, oversized swimming pool, and an exclusive game room with a pool table add to the entertainment. A fitness center is also available.
Set amidst the verdant splendor of Vermont, these two grand log cabins are a sure standout in your travel adventures. Its charming rooms, adorned with distinct western motifs, exude a homely ambiance that beckons repeated visits. Indulge in the warmth of multiple fireplaces, take a soothing dip in the hot tub, or luxuriate in a tranquil bubble bath in one of two indoor jacuzzis tubs.
Originally a quarter horse stable and barn, this magnificent estate is now the ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Its strategic location between Mount Snow and Stratton ensures a wide array of seasonal activities at your fingertips.
From winter pastimes like snowboarding, skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling, to summer pursuits such as mountain biking, rafting, and hiking, our concierge is on-hand to aid in arranging your off-site bookings.
Prefer to stay in? We’ve got you covered. Experience a professional pool table and three home-theater setups, including a main theater room equipped with a 75-inch TV and a Yamaha surround sound system. Enjoy a game room with a PS5, air hockey table, and an assortment of games for kids and adults alike. The main house features heated floors across two levels, a gym, and many more amenities.
For safety and security, exterior cameras are located above the hot tub, by the back door, at the front door of the main house, and at the guest house front door.

Guests staying at the estate will have the freedom to roam this beautiful 10-acre plot. The main house has a total of 9 bedrooms, 16 beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, and 2 kitchens equipped with all the necessary amenities needed to make your stay a pleasant one.
The Northern Quarters, the smaller adjacent house 20 feet away, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a fireplace. It also connects directly to the fitness center, a great location for those looking to wake up early and get a workout in before the day starts.
The jacuzzi can be accessed by both of the houses and provides a beautiful place for people to connect and reminisce over the wonders of the day and see the whole Milky Way galaxy at night right above.
If you want to fly in, Rutland Southern Vermont Airport is 1 hour away. Private Chef, Trainer, and other concierge services available upon request.

We had a wonderful Christmas week at Northern Quarters with our extended family, ages 5 months to 89 years old. The host was very helpful and accessible. The surroundings were beautiful —especially loved the brook and woods lighted up at night. Beds were comfortable and the houses were equipped with everything we needed to pull off meals for a crowd. The separate houses were perfect for accommodating late nights and early risers. Loved our walks and cross country skiing through the woods. Mt Snow was 10 minutes away for downhill skiing and Wardsboro grocery was just around the corner with a little bit of everything for last minute things. Fabulous spot for family and our dogs!

Nothing was exceptional, I was disappointed with kitchen appliances that were not working, one of the ovens, which we were planning on using, and the freezer part of the refrigerator.The pots and pans were very limited.The towels were very thin and worn out, not what I expected in such a costly rental!

This place is enormous with nooks and crannies everywhere to get away, shoot pool, play video games, read, swim, sit in the sauna,barbecue, or wade in the brook below! Some of the rooms are great for a couple, others are better for a bunch of kids who are willing to sleep in a bunk or twin bed.

The host was unresponsive until a few days before check-in and did not respond to a question submitted months prior to the stay when I originally booked the property. Instructions were not provided until the day before check-in and TV remotes were missing that made it difficult to use the TV. The home was large and spacious but the arrangement of the bedrooms between the two properties was difficult to decipher until we were physically in the home. It was nice to have a hot tub, but the path to the hot tub was not cleared so you would need to walk outside through the snow to access it. We found the house to be quite chilly and were not able to get the dishwasher to close and turn on. Many of the beds are quite small and perhaps better suited for children then full-grown adults.
