- You’ll have access to the community recreation center which includes an indoor heated pool and outdoor tennis courts. The pool is open from 7 AM until 9 PM.
- Enjoy the convenience of our 2-car garage, perfect for keeping your vehicles snow-free during winter stays.

- We do not allow pets so that we can provide a safe and allergen-free environment for all our guests.
- Booking guest must be age 25 or above.
- This property is strictly non-smoking. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, e-cigarettes and marijuana. This is monitored with a detector. Smoking will result in additional charges and possible eviction.
- For the safety and well-being of all guests, the use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.
- This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood. As a result, we ask that you please keep outdoor noise down, and particularly after 8 pm.
- For the safety of our guests and property, there are 2 Ring cameras (audio and video) outside the property at the front door and driveway, but they don't monitor indoor spaces. There is also an indoor noise monitor that monitors decibel levels. It does not monitor conversations, and it does not record or listen to any personal interactions. It’s simply there to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
- No parties, events, weddings or fireworks. We do monitor this with our multiple outdoor security cameras, noise monitors, and smoking detectors.
- No refunds for weather-related disruptions or other uncontrollable circumstances. Travel insurance is recommended.
- Our home is equipped with a smart lock for easy access. You'll receive your personalized access code before your arrival.
- We provide a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. While we do our best to supply enough for your needs, we cannot guarantee they will last for your entire stay.
- There are two local country stores for groceries, deli sandwiches and more, each just minutes away. Shaw's of Wilmington is 25 minutes away, and Instacart does deliver to our home.
- We supply linens and towels, including pool towels for your use of the private hot tub (located in our backyard right off the basement door!), and shared pool at the club house. We also provide towels for your outdoor adventures to nearby lakes and ponds!
- Damage waiver included in your reservation covers up to a specified amount for property damage, provided you report it before checkout.
- Enjoy easy in and out with a flat driveway and easy to navigate neighborhood. Our driveway can accommodate parking for four cars.
- The roads are regularly plowed in winter, but we strongly recommend all-wheel drive and/or snow tires for safe travel. During Vermont's 'mud season' (April-May), an all-wheel drive vehicle is also highly recommended.
- Access to the front door requires using stairs.
- Outdoor dining area and furniture for your use in warmer months. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, too!

We booked a random trip to Vermont for the weekend and this place was amazing. They had everything to keep us entertained at the house and more. The kitchen was well equipped which is a plus for me since I enjoy cooking. Every room was unique, clean, and well lit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and hopefully next time we go to Vermont we can stay there again
