Summary:
Experience elevated Green Mountain living in this 6-BR, expansive timber-frame chalet on the mountainside of Okemo. Located off Trailside right above the Sunshine Quad chairlift, you'll be ideally located for Winter skiing and perfectly ensconced on a private lot for all-season enjoyment of the Green Mountains natural beauty. Enjoy vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, masonry fireplace, sweeping views from the dining area, ground level game room, and inviting sauna. 4x4 highly recommended.

Entire 6-BR chalet on the mountainside of Okemo.
Guest Access:
Accessible with smart lock through front door.
The Neighborhood:
Located off Trailside Road on Okemo Mountain, just up the mountain from Sunshine Quad Chairlift. Note Okemo is on the Epic Pass (Vail Resorts).
Getting Around:
Car required, AWD or 4WD with snow tires highly recommended November-March.

Notes & Disclaimers:
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Water Feature: Swimming is not permitted in the pond.
AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Stayed here for a long weekend with many friends (13 total, all adults). Was a perfect house! Plenty of space, good cozy vibes, ample kitchen. We cooked most meals and there was all of the cookware and dishware we needed, although we kept the dishwasher running almost nonstop!The hot tub unfortunately broken just before we arrived. The managment company communicated this right away and took pains to try to get a repair. Although a fix wasnt possible in time, we are very appreciative of the effort and the seriousness with which the managers responded. (Thank you again).We had no problems but absolutely confirm that cars without AWD/4WD/snow tires could have real difficulty with the driveway in the event of recent snow. Bedrooms were exactly as advertised, space was actually larger than the impression we had from the pictures. Cleanliness was impeccable and ample wood was provided for the fireplace (much appreciated!).All of us agreed wed be happy to come back.
