It was okay

The property location is not bad right at the tram/subway

The bed & blankets were not comfortable/coyz. In general I do not believe this is a 4 star hotel. In the lobby there was a smell (like pipes or drainage). I got a Deal and so i stayed for a week for 200€ but normally it’s so expensive like 700 for a week and I don’t believe the hotel is worth that to be honest .

I appreciated the convenient location and the close access to public transportation.

I was quite disappointed with other aspects of my stay. The room had an unpleasant smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was very minimalistic considering the price

Enjoyed everything apart from front desk services.

The confusion on my booking and the inability of the peraon we met at the desk to solve it. The front desk for some reason could not give us information as needes. They kept telling us their computers do not have internet yet we used their wifi through out. I guess they are either incompetent or did not want to give is the information required. That is the only down side of our stay.

Very quick, very efficient !

i liked how "efficient" the staff works, how easy it was to get the invoice. Also the hotels is right next to S-Bahn station. It was very important as I booked my room at 22:00 that is 10 PM from the airport. I was able to be in bed 50 minutes later.

The water didn't get very hot in the showers. The location is not very good for walking and it is also in a rundown area of Frankfurt. They were doing rerouting of cables in the building so our room had some construction holes in the walls.

Okay for business trips near Frankfurt messe. It’s a bit off centre so you avoid the areas with too many drugs, overall

Nice building, clean common areas, clean rooms, very polite staff. Nice cafes around and a good baked goods just opposite inside the station. At night the environment changes outside but so does in the entire city. It felt safer than other areas.

Crazy expensive during Frankfurt messe, parking is paid but it’s just outside the hotel, breakfast could be a bit more thoughtful for 18€.

CONVINIENT FOR MESSE

The room and bathroom have been renovated and they are fantastic. Breakfast is simple but enough. Location when visiting or participating in Messe is perfect. Train station is just in front.

Keys will work only for one-two nights. After that we need to updated in reception every now and then.

Great room and staff, poor breakfast

Conveniently situated in the City for easy access to the centre, but not too local to help reduce noise levels around the hotel. The room was great value for money, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cleaning staff specifically were wonderful with the cleaning of our room between the days of our stay.

The breakfast was very disappointing. I paid extra for the inclusion of breakfast in my booking as I thought it would be more efficient, cost effective and I saw reviews from previous guests praising it, however the options were very limited, and out of the stuff that was available it did not really appeal to me. If I ever return to Frankfurt, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, however I would personally avoid getting breakfast.

Staff was nice and the check in/ check out process was quick and simple. Rooms we’re clean and it’s a 5 minute train trip from the hbf while still being in a slower, quieter environment.

A nice stay with poor breakfast

The room and bathroom were good and comfortable. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Good location, next to S-bahn station from where you can directly reach the city center in no time. Very close to the Franfkurt Fair for those coming for it. Being close to a running train station, it was unexpectedly very quiet. So, do not worry about noise disturbances. The hotel offers paid parking, but you'll very often find a free parking space just below the railway bridge right next to the hotel.

The staff responsible for breakfast and the bar in the morning looked very unhappy and unprofessional. Breakfast itself was extremely poor both in quality and variety. Room cleanliness staff were not cleaning the room daily as expected, neither leaving clean towels. They once knocked on the door and asked if we needed new towels, and that was the only interaction in 5 days.

Only downside is how close it is to the railway, not something that can be helped and great for business but if your a light sleeper you will hear the trains
