It was close to bus stops/routes into city centre. There was an Asda near by. Nice views of the sea and over to fife. Was reasonably quiet especially bedrooms. Nice area of Newhaven.

Bathroom window couldn’t close properly and spiders kept coming in. Kitchen window wasn’t great for closing either. Beds were squeeky. Internet not great or tv. Couch bed in sittingroom could do with a good hoover underneath

The property gives me old school vibes. Its like living like a successful young professional/student. I like the fact that there is parking and its neat the pier and supermarket. It also has a bus stop outside that can take you to the centre. I found the bed very comfortable.

I would look at a new tv, barring that the flat is good.

Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung mit separatem Kinder-, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Wunderschöner Blick auf das Wasser (nur getrennt durch eine Straße)

Sehr laute Fußböden, sodass die schlafenden Kinder wach wurden. Auch die Türen knarrten sehr laut. Das warme Wasser in der Küche ist eine Herausforderung, weil die Apparaturen nicht richtig arbeiten. Das Fenster in der Küche ließ sich nicht verschließen. (Auf unsere Anmerkung schickte die Agentur aber sofort abends noch einen Handwerker, der allerdings nichts tun konnte) Um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, muss man ca eine halbe Stunde mit dem Bus fahren, der aber sehr oft direkt vor dem Haus abfährt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah zu Fuß erreichbar.
