The place was beautiful, on the water, close to public transportation. So clean and perfect for my family.
If I had been only coming for the beautiful view, the place was perfect. We needed something a little closer to the center of town for people first visiting Edinburgh.

The apartment it was spotless clean and fully equipped pretty much with everything you need, the place where the property is located is very quiet and residential and It has nice confy beds.
The location is the only con in my opinion however you have a bus stop number 11a few minutes away from the property which takes you to Edinburgh City centre or alternatively you can walk 15 minutes and get the tram that takes you to downtown without any hassle or traffic.

The bed linens were not changed in either of the 2 bedrooms. The sheets were dirty, which caused us a huge amount of discomfort.
