Stylish 2 Bdrm 1st Floor flat in Canonmills. Sleeps up to 4 (plus children). Beautiful view of Carlton Hill and Arthurs Seat. Next to the lovely Royal Botanical gardens, quiet street but close to cafe's or to walk to town or the bus stop for 23, 27,9 & 8 is close by.

Had such a wonderful time at James’ place. Perfect location for getting around. The bus routes were right down the road and easy to access. Or if you prefer you can walk and you are only a mile away from City Center/Old Town. There’s a delicious coffee shop right downstairs so good. The place has so much character and the beds were the most comfortable ones we stayed in the whole trip.
James was great at communicating with us and so kind. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely place, nice neighborhood, close to a Tesco and to public transportation, which made getting around a breeze. practically next door to the Botanical Garden.
