This practical, colourful two-bedroom haven offers great value and a fantastic location to explore Edinburgh.
The flat includes two bedrooms and while there’s no separate living room or TV, guests will find everything they need for a straightforward and comfortable stay. Ideal for those who plan to spend their time out and about enjoying Edinburgh.
Within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Garden, Stockbridge, and the city centre.
Guest will also have access via the kitchen to a shared back patio/garden.
You will have private access to the whole apartment.
We are available 24/7 for any questions you may have.
The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.
At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.
To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
