Nestled in the prestigious and peaceful neighbourhood of Inverleith, this beautifully styled one-bedroom apartment offers the ideal base for exploring one of the world`s most beautiful cities without the noise and bustle of the city centre on your doorstep.
Despite the tranquil setting next to the botanics, you`re only a 10–15 minute journey from Princes Street, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and all the major attractions the city has to offer.
This is not your average apartment. The space has been thoughtfully designed and finished to a high standard throughout, combining contemporary style with comfort and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.
To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
We live in a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours and ask that you please treat everyone you meet with respect.
Please don`t smoke inside or within the outside patio as our sons bedroom is just above.
We do not accept parties in our home. We live in a quiet residential area and like to deter anti social noise.
Please report any damages, breakages or spillages to us before you leave. We understand accidents happen.
