Little calm apartment in the middle of nowhere
Little apparent in even smaller old village. Well equipped and nice details in kitchen (coffee, all utilities for cooking). Attentive host always phone call away ready to help, thank you!
Be ready that the house is cold and with no sunlight a bit dark. You can hear the neighbors which was bit uncomfortable.

Perfect stay in small village of Pitelli
Nice clean and fully equipped shelter in two floors in small village of Pitelli. Free public transport with Navetta Verde to San Terenzo and Lerici from Tre Strade nearby. Easy transport to La Spezia. Host Natalia was easy to communicate with. She was in 5 minutes there when lock got stuck. Highly appreciated. Nice view to the sea just literally one step from terrace. Highly recommended stay. 🍀

A fost cat de cat curat și spațios!
Internetul nu a mers deloc!!! apă caldă foarte puțină(5 minute) este boiler , trebuie să aștepți 1h să se re încălzească pt a face duș altă persoană. Problema la găsirea locului de parcare! Amplasare foarte proasta ( daca ai multe bagaje e cam problema sa ajungi cu ele la cazare)! Locația foarte rea , practic un sat in vârf de munte ,izolați, parcă din alta era! Miros de mucegai și vechi în cameră ! Vederea la mare este de pe strada , nicidecum din camera! Nu exista lumina de la soare ( întuneric mereu). Baia foarte mică , abia ai loc în cabină, dacă ești mai grăsuț nu ai loc în ea!chiureta extrem de mică !

Tutto faOggi e' stato l'ultimo giorno di un tragico soggiorno di soli due giorni. Cosa dire casa veramente squallida, sporca con polvere ovunque. Lenzuola, cuscini e asciugamani obsoleti. Zanzariera della camera da notte posta al piano di sopra rotta, zanzariera in cucina inesistente. Tenda sulla finestra di entrata inesistente. Il bagno minuscolo, come il box doccia, si trova in cucina. Quindi una tenda ci vorrebbe per un minimo di privacy. Mancano cose essenziali come la lavatrice e il climatizzatore, che in altre case a parità di prezzo trovi. Insomma in giro si trova molto meglio. Unica nota positiva E il recupero delle date che l 'host già sa e che ringrazio. Per tutto il resto zero. Ovviamente non consiglio.
