Spacious and tidy apartment with a kitchen, washing machine, and TV. Outdoor seating area. The apartment is close to a train station. 20 minutes to La Spezia Centrale (the city center). The house didn't look great from the outside due to renovations. Inside, it could use a bit more ambiance, but that's a personal experience. Perfect for a stay. Check-in could be a bit more relaxed. The explanation is already provided before you've even dropped off your belongings. The host is very helpful, though!
The mattress wasn't breathable due to a somewhat plastic-looking mattress protector. A cotton one would be better.
