A fourth stay at this fabulous Mill. Very private, well equipped and very clean self catering. Lovely large garden for dogs. Starlink WIFI and large television for evening entertainment. Spacious bedrooms. Stunning location with many local walks and the town of Ballater close by with a fantastic choice of shops, cafes, restaurants and activities.
The only thing we would have liked due to the lovely hot summer this year would have been some shade in the garden for sitting outside…a parasol /shade over the outside seating for those hot summer days to enjoy the garden even more.

Fantastische rustig gelegen locatie op 5 min rijafstand van dorpje Ballater. Compleet ingericht. Ontbrak aan niets. Heerlijke grote tuin. Fietshuur top geregeld door Clare.
Badkamers. 1 met alleen bad zonder douchekop of mengkraan. 1 douche trage afvoer. Tip: Let op tv zenders. Buitenlandse abonnement geblokkeerd voor UK dus casten niet mogelijk.

Large garden for dogs. Quiet location. Washing machine and dryer essential, as with children. Nice outside space if weather good.
Steep stairs not good with small children and the elderly and on three floors. Floors slippery and children fell a few times. Low ceilings in roof space hitting head on more than one occasion. Also no proper wardrobes just cupboards, so lived out of suitcases mostly. Glass top in Coffee table in lounge was not fixed and tipped, which could have been dangerous so we put it away.
