Isolated farmhouse up in the hills, along a mile long dirt track, no noise except for birds, pitch black at night - my idea of heaven. Rooms well furnished and comfortable, great value for money, will definitely stay again
Very rough and long dirt track, no problem for my jeep but wouldnt recommend it for an ordinary car. Room was freezing, definitely bring a hot water bottle if your staying in the colder months!

It was the cheapest accommodation available as we had miscalculated our dates and needed a one night stop gap.
It took us off the coastal path towards Balmoral castle, an out there, away from the city experience.
All other gusts had their fury besties with them, so popular for those traveling with dogs.
For the price of GBP 72 we had a single room with 3 beds, communal bathroom, and communal fridge. No cooking facilities or eating/relaxing area, ate on our beds :-), bring all your own food and mealtime equipment. Okay for one night if passing through. Check your mattress before turning in, some are really old and noisy/worn.
