Anastasia 111 is a newly renovated, garden-level condo, where you can walk right from your back door, across the lawn, and onto the beautiful beach. This peaceful oasis also includes a private Florida room, where you can relax after a day spent lounging on the sand or strolling through downtown St. Augustine.
This ground-floor condo was renovated in 2020 and new A/C added in early 2025, offering everything you'll need for a memorable stay! The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing homemade meals, and it flows seamlessly into the open dining area and light-filled living room. Right off the back patio is an expansive grassy area, where the kids can play catch or a game of frisbee. Additional amenities include two bedrooms, free WiFi, cable service, a full-size washer/dryer, and beach towels.
You won't be indoors for long with all that St. Augustine has to offer, including the Alligator Farm, nightly ghost tours, and a sunset cruise on a pirate ship, all within a few minutes' drive.
Founded almost 450 years ago, St. Augustine has an astonishing history for a country barely half its age. The city is known for its many historic charms, a gorgeous port, and Ponce de Leon's famous Fountain of Youth. While there's plenty for adults to enjoy, even kids will love racing around old cobblestone streets filled with tales of pirates and plunder. Here on Florida's Atlantic side, football fans will love the proximity to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Exciting Daytona Beach is also nearby.

Loved the first floor stay, clean, and very quiet. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was the BEST!!!

Positives: Condo was clean (except floors - see negatives…). Looks like it has been updated relatively recently. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Beds were comfortable and WiFi was good. Very close to beach access. Pool area was beautiful, and the water was very warm (we visited at the end of Feb)
Nice washer and dryer.
Negatives: Floors were dirty - made the bottoms of our socks/feet dirty and very sandy.
Unpleasant odor in the condo, like old cigarettes.
Air was very damp - made our clothes and bed linens feel damp.
Annoying and uncomfortable slip covers on living room furniture that were itchy and bunched up every time someone sat down.
We tried to play pickleball, but were not given the access code for the courts ahead of time. By the time I received the code, we ran out of time to play and the courts were taken.
Also - we were not made aware before we booked that there was maintenance going on in the building. We did not have access to our sliding glass doors to exit the condo, or to open for the breeze.
